This is the Uptown Theater, where the comic symposium was presented, along with March of the Penguins on surrounding days. In 1997, "Spirit Of Mickey" had its world premiere here. It was a collection of old Mickey Mouse shorts, basically, but a little more. I never saw it. All those people are there for the parade, which was about to make its second trip down the street. In Marceline, the parade route is so short, they have to make it twice, REALLY! That's small towns for ya.
