Garrett Williams is a cartoon fanatic from southwest Missouri. He… doesn’t feel like speaking in the third person. Anyway, I grew up in the same town Walt Disney started his cartooning in(Marceline, MO), so I naturally grew up around cartoons. I still visit the place each year for Toonfest, a cartoon festival that started in recent years.
